Firefox Web Browser - First uninstall the totem firefox plugin (if it's installed). Then install the mplayer plugin and the MediaWrap ActiveX Wrapper. After closing and restarting your browser, the Web simulcast should work.
Opera Web Browser - Not really for the faint of heart, if you insist on using Opera you'll need to install the mplayer plugin, then register the mms protocol so the browser knows what to do when an mms:// url is called
