WKKX LOCAL PROGRAM/ISSUES REPORT
                              FOR October, November, December 2009

WKKX management has determined that the following issues are of community
importance to our license area. We have determined this through extensive interaction
with community leaders as well as the general public.  We respond to these problems
with programs that feature guest relevant to the topic, as well as by providing a large
number of Public Service Announcements (PSAs) during the course of our broadcast
day.  We offer smaller local organizations the ability to be interviewed on-air, and larger
organizations to be represented on-air and with pre-recorded :30 and :60 spots.  A list
